Role Overview
Committed and people-centric Human Resource Manager to manage HR operations across our clinics. The role includes recruitment of audiologists and clinic staff, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, performance monitoring, payroll coordination, and maintaining a high-quality service culture. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth manpower operations across multiple Softone clinics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Clinic Staffing
Recruit audiologists, speech therapists, clinic coordinators, front-desk executives, and support staff.
Build talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Coordinate onboarding, background verification, training, and clinic-level induction.
2. Employee Relations & Cultural Alignment
Maintain a positive workplace environment aligned with Softone's service-driven culture.
Be the first point of contact for staff concerns and patient-interaction issues.
Conduct periodic visits to clinics to understand team issues and operational needs.
3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Documentation
Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and clinic-wise manpower availability.
Provide payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, and incentives.
Manage employee files, HR letters, contracts, and documentation for all branches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
