Human Resource Manager (HRM)



We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with 7-9 years of proven expertise in HR management to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our human resources department, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.

What You Will Be Doing:This position works closely with the Managing Directors of the company.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.

Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.

Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.

Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to enhance employee skills and maintain a high-performance work environment.

Ensure HR records and reports are accurately maintained, and confidentiality is upheld.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to proactively address organizational needs.

Provide leadership and support for HR staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Competencies:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels

Pay: ₹14,856.37 - ₹70,371.48 per month
