We are looking for Surat based Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Experienced, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and eager to learn and progress their career in Human Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs. Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance. Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Strong knowledge of HR best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
