The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing company policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational success through people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Design and manage compensation and benefits structures.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Lead performance management and appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Maintain HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.
Support management in organizational development and change initiatives.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum [5-8] years of HR experience, with at least [2-3] years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Zoho, etc.).
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
