We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
Handle employee relations: conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and career development programs.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Organize training programs and skill development initiatives for employees.
Drive employee engagement activities to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
Support management in strategic decision-making with HR insights.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, payroll, compliance, performance management, etc.).
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
