We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager & Administration professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Identify, attract, and recruit top talent to meet company staffing needs
Manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure operational efficiency
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Coordinate meetings, events, and company communications
Maintain and organize company documents, files, and reports
Monitor budgets and assist with administrative cost control
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR management and administrative functions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software
