. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with statutory compliance, handling third-party contracts, and employee lifecycle management within a dynamic organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
IR & Statutory Compliance
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Coordinate with legal advisors and government authorities for labor inspections and compliance reports.
Maintain documentation related to audits, licenses, and compliance certifications.
Contractual Hiring & Vendor Management
Manage and coordinate with third-party manpower agencies for contractual staffing needs.
Draft, evaluate, and negotiate staffing contracts and SLAs.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and verification of contractual employees.
In-House Staffing Operations
Handle the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and induction for in-house staff.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Handle grievance redressal and maintain positive employee relations.
Employee Benefits Administration
Implement and monitor employee benefit programs such as insurance, wellness programs, and bonus structures.
Liaise with vendors for group medical coverage and other employee benefit schemes.
HRMIS & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR MIS reports.
Generate periodic reports for headcount, attrition, and compliance updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
IR Compliance
Contractual Hiring & Staffing
Employee Benefits Administration
Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
