Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition

Plan and manage hiring across departments Source, screen, and recruit skilled candidates Coordinate interview process and onboarding
2. Culture Building

Conduct employee engagement programs (e.g., Happy Sessions, team games, Annual Functions) Build a positive and value-driven workplace culture
3. HR Policy & Compliance

Draft and update HR policies and code of conduct Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules
4. SOP Implementation

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments Train department heads and team members on SOP adherence Ensure SOPs are followed for consistency, quality, and accountability
5. System Setup

Develop structured systems for attendance, leave, performance, and work reporting Implement HR tools/software for documentation and automation
6. Performance Management

Design appraisal process and handle performance reviews Develop KPIs and reward high-performing employees
7. Onboarding & Exit Formalities

Manage employee joining, document collection, ID issuance, and exit interviews
8. Attendance & Leave Mgmt

Maintain attendance reports and leave records
9. Training & Development

Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance employee skills
10. HR Reporting

Prepare HR MIS, monthly dashboards, and provide insights to management

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field and minimum 4 years HR experience in Insurance or Sales Sector Company. Strong recruitment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organization abilities Proven experience in recruitment, culture development, and HR operations. Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
