Source and screen candidates through portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with internal teams.
Manage bulk hiring (if required) for BPO / E-commerce roles.
Maintain candidate pipelines and daily recruitment reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Payroll & HR Operations (30%)
Manage
monthly payroll
for all employees.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
Prepare salary sheets and share with finance.
Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Address employee grievances related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
Maintain HRMS/Employee records and MIS reports.
