Muktaa Wellness is a fast-growing luxury Ayurvedic & Naturopathy-based wellness brand with multiple centers across Mumbai & Thane. With a strong team of 90+ members, we are committed to providing world-class guest experience through holistic healing and hospitality since 12 years.

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to lead our Human Resources & People Operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

End-to-end recruitment for aestheticians, doctors, managers and operations staff Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates Conducting structured onboarding and training programs

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance and HRMS updates Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and employment agreements Maintain day to day records

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Implement reward and recognition programs Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment Plan monthly engagement activities, birthday and festival celebrations

Performance Management

Conduct appraisals, probation reviews and KPI tracking Identify training needs and coordinate training programs Support management with performance improvement plans when required

Payroll & Leave Management

Monthly payroll inputs and incentive calculations Track leave, weekly offs, overtime and discipline

Branch Coordination

Regular HR audits at all branches Monitor grooming, behavior and guest handling professionalism Conduct HR meetings and daily follow-up with branch managers
Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR (preferred) 3-7 years of HR experience (hospitality/wellness/retail preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in recruitment of frontline teams Pro-active, disciplined and problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a multi-branch setup under timelines and targets
