Role Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Human Resources Manager

to lead our HR functions and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy. This position requires both strategic vision and operational execution across the full employee lifecycle--from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive and high-performance work culture aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines. Maximize the use of both free and premium job portals to attract top talent.

Onboarding & Learning & Development



Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Create and facilitate training programs that enhance skills and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain high standards of internal training aligned with business objectives.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture. Plan and execute internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management



Design and implement effective performance appraisal systems. Support the development of KPIs, goal-setting processes, and career development plans. Address performance issues constructively with feedback and improvement strategies.

Compensation & Benefits



Develop and maintain fair, competitive compensation structures. Manage employee benefits in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Compliance & HR Documentation



Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and secure HR records and employee documentation.

Policy Development & Implementation



Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal standards and best practices. Communicate policies clearly and ensure consistent implementation.

Health, Safety & Employee Wellbeing



Champion workplace health and safety programs. Lead initiatives promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

Workplace Culture & Retention



Organize employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Strategic HR Leadership



Leverage HR data and analytics for strategic planning and decision-making. Drive change management initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and core HR operations
