Human Resources Manager
to lead and optimize our HR functions. This strategic role is suited for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of business and people dynamics. The ideal candidate will be committed to nurturing a high-performance, inclusive, and values-based work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, talent sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
Experience in IT recruitment will be considered a strong advantage
Onboarding & Learning and Development
Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new employees
Design and deliver learning & development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
Performance Management
Lead the implementation of performance review systems
Support managers in managing and enhancing team performance
Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation packages and employee benefits
Implement employee recognition and rewards programs to boost morale and retention
Compliance & Legal
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive HR matters
Policy Development
Draft and update HR policies in compliance with legal regulations and company standards
Health & Safety
Monitor and enhance health and safety practices to maintain a secure workplace
Employee Engagement & Wellness
Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
Candidate Profile

Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in core HR domains, especially recruitment and employee relations
Proficiency in full-cycle hiring; IT recruitment experience is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
