Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
Prior experience in
IT recruitment
is highly desirable
Onboarding & Learning and Development
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires
Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and culture
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor for resolving employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
Promote a collaborative, transparent, and respectful workplace environment
Performance Management
Lead the performance review process, ensuring alignment of individual goals with business objectives
Support managers in addressing performance issues constructively
Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
Implement recognition and reward systems to boost employee morale and retention
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies
Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Policy Development
Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies in accordance with legal standards and organizational needs
Health & Safety
Oversee workplace health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees
Employee Engagement & Wellness
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals
Candidate Profile
Female candidates

Minimum
2 years of experience
in core HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee relations
Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment;
IT hiring experience is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
