Human Resources Manager
to lead and strengthen our HR function. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a blend of strategic insight and emotional intelligence, who is passionate about building an inclusive, performance-focused, and values-driven workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Prior experience in
IT recruitment
is highly preferred
Onboarding & Learning and Development
Facilitate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new employees
Design and execute learning and development initiatives aligned with business and cultural goals
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Foster a respectful, transparent, and collaborative workplace
Performance Management
Lead the performance appraisal process and help align individual goals with business objectives
Provide guidance on managing performance issues with a focus on improvement and development
Compensation & Benefits
Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages
Develop recognition and reward programs to drive employee motivation and retention
Compliance & Legal
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism
Policy Development
Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with current regulations and business needs
Health & Safety
Oversee workplace health and safety initiatives to ensure a secure environment for employees
Employee Engagement & Wellness
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
Candidate Profile

Minimum of
2 years' experience
in core HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee relations
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment;
experience in IT hiring is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
