Human Resources Manager

to lead and elevate our HR initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding Experience in IT recruitment will be a significant advantage

Onboarding & Learning Development



Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires Plan and execute training sessions to upskill employees and promote policy awareness

Employee Relations



Serve as a reliable resource for addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts Foster a transparent, respectful, and collaborative workplace environment

Performance Management



Lead the goal-setting and performance review process Address performance concerns constructively, focusing on improvement

Compensation & Benefits



Design competitive compensation frameworks and benefit schemes Implement recognition and reward programs to support retention and motivation

Compliance & Legal Matters



Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal HR guidelines Handle sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Policy Development



Develop, implement, and regularly revise HR policies as per legal and business needs

Health & Safety



Oversee workplace health and safety protocols to safeguard employee well-being

Employee Engagement & Wellness



Launch initiatives to boost morale, enhance engagement, and support employee wellness

Strategic HR Partnering



Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy

Candidate Requirements



Female candidates preferred

Minimum

2 years of experience

in core HR functions, especially recruitment and employee relations Strong background in

end-to-end recruitment

, with a focus on

IT hiring

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Commitment to long-term employment (a bond applies)
