White Collar Realty is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and contribute to our strategic direction. This role is key to building and maintaining a performance-oriented, inclusive, and compliant workplace. We are looking for someone who combines empathy with leadership, and who is passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and aligning HR functions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Prior experience in IT recruitment will be considered an advantage
Onboarding and Learning Development
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure policy understanding
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
Promote an open, respectful, and collaborative work culture
Performance Management
Oversee the performance review and goal-setting processes
Address performance-related issues with a developmental and solution-focused approach
Compensation and Benefits
Design and manage compensation structures and employee benefit programs
Develop and implement recognition and reward systems to support retention and motivation
Compliance and Legal Oversight
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR policies
Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Policy Development
Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies based on legal requirements and organizational needs
Health and Safety
Monitor workplace health and safety practices to ensure employee well-being
Employee Engagement and Wellness
Lead initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and overall workplace wellness
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
Candidate Profile
Female candidates are preferred for this role
Minimum of two years of experience in core HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee relations
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in IT hiring
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Willingness to commit to a long-term role; a bond is applicable
