People Management & HR Operations
Complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
Attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Performance tracking, reviews, and appraisal coordination
Handling employee grievances, discipline, and compliance
Strong follow-up with teams and department heads
Policy & Compliance
Drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and systems
Ensuring statutory compliance and internal discipline
Maintaining HR MIS and reporting
Culture & Engagement
Building a performance-oriented and accountable work culture
Employee engagement and retention initiatives
Supporting leadership in people-related decisions
