Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic HR Management



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Advise senior management on HR-related matters and workforce planning Drive organizational development and change management initiatives

2. Recruitment & Talent Management



Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Develop talent acquisition strategies and employer branding Manage onboarding and induction programs

3. Employee Relations



Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies

4. Performance Management



Design and manage performance appraisal systems Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and development planning Identify high-potential employees and succession planning

5. Learning & Development



Assess training needs and create annual training plans Organize leadership, technical, and behavioral training programs Monitor training effectiveness and ROI

6. Compensation & Benefits



Manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs Conduct market benchmarking and pay reviews Ensure payroll coordination and accuracy (with finance/payroll team)

7. Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation Update HR policies as per legal and organizational changes

8. HR Operations & Reporting



Oversee HRMIS and HR analytics Prepare HR reports on attrition, hiring, engagement, and compliance Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships

9. Ensure Regulatory Compliance



Monitoring changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards. Schedule regular compliance training and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits.

Key Requirements:



Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Leadership and people management ability Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills 6-7 years of experience is required Focused and goal-oriented. Prior experience in a reputable organization in Interior, Architecture, Luxury Furniture, Premium Realty is preferred.

Pay: ?83,000.00 - ?9,500,000.00 per month
