Position Overview



The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, interviewing, on boarding, and employer branding initiatives. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture maintaining.

The candidate must be a graduate in Human Resources, emphasize will be on both the technical expertise in recruitment and the personal attributes to make a strong HR.

Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment



Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions across the organization. Develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate and execute final interview rounds with hiring managers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

2. Workforce Planning & Strategy



Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Design recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals. Analyse market trends to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

3. Employer Branding



Promote the company's brand through online platforms and recruitment campaigns. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.

4. Onboarding & Orientation



Oversee onboarding formalities and ensure smooth integration of new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions and initial training schedules. Implement employee engagement initiatives for new employees.

5. HR Compliance & Reporting



Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and reports. Maintain accurate Leave records, dashboards, and reports. Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and ethical hiring standards. Collaborate with HR team members on policy implementation and continuous improvement.

6. Performance Management



Oversee the performance appraisal cycle in line with corporate guidelines. Support mentoring and coaching interventions. Ensure timely completion of appraisals and proper documentation.

Required Qualifications



Education



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR specialization is mandatory). Masters in HR (MBA/MHRM) is an added advantage.

Experience



3-7 years of professional HR experience with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment. Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRMS tools preferred. Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels.
