Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing HR policies, managing a growing professional services team, and aligning HR strategy with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for hiring across accounting, finance, and administrative functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles -- job posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines for future needs.
2. Performance Management & Employee Development
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Drive learning and development initiatives to upskill employees.
Support leadership in developing succession and career development plans.
3. HR Policy & Compliance
Formulate and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Handle audits and compliance documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Foster a positive work environment that reflects company culture and values.
Organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities.
Conduct employee surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
5. Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems.
Manage HRMS implementation and optimization.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics dashboards.
6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Support in building a performance-driven and value-based culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources Management.
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or financial/accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in policy formulation, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in working with US/International clients or cross-border teams (a plus).
Ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,012.49 - ₹58,210.29 per month
