The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Primary Responsibilities:
1. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Manage payroll.
6. Promote a positive work environment and culture.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
