Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
Coordinate onboarding formalities, induction, and documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing and compliance requirements.
Performance Management:
Assist in appraisal processes and goal-setting activities.
Coordinate feedback sessions with managers and employees.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as per labor laws.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle responsibilities independently.
