Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead our human resources function at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with our business goals, ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for all open roles, including counseling, tech, sales, and support functions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
HR Operations
Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, leaves, and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, productive work culture.
Organize team-building activities, training, and wellness programs.
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and planning employee development.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Create, implement, and regularly update HR policies and SOPs.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-5 years) in HR management, preferably in the EdTech, startup, or service sector.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, or similar platforms).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
