will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- from job posting to onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Plan and execute training, skill development, and performance appraisals.
Build a healthy, positive, and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and labor regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring and training needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Management / Business Administration.
3+ years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or tech-based companies).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment portals.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
