Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance
Design and implement HR policies and employee engagement activities
Conduct induction, performance reviews, and exit formalities
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support management with reports and workforce planning
