Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads for hiring decisions.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Ensure workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
3. Performance Management & Training
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms.
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
Support managers in employee performance improvement plans.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and enforce company policies in line with labor laws.
Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation benefits.
Manage leave policies, insurance, and other HR benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Fresher or 1 years of experience in an HR role.
? Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
? Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
