Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage employee attendance records in payroll software. Maintain records of penalties, overtime, and leave. Address and resolve staff queries and grievances. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Complete staff KYC and maintain employee documentation. Manage statutory compliances including ESIC and PF. Implement HR policies and ensure discipline and smooth staff management.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / MBA in HR preferred). 1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll management (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel is a must. Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsible, reliable, and approachable personality. Female candidates will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
