: HR Manager - Statutory Compliance (Pan India)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager - Statutory Compliance to lead and manage end-to-end labour law and statutory compliance activities across multiple states in India. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in labour legislations, payroll compliance, and coordination with government authorities, along with the ability to travel across northern project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage labour law registrations, renewals, and licences across Pan India, including:
CLRA, ISMW, BOCW, Factories Act, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), etc.
Ensure 100% compliance with EPF, ESI, and other social security laws, including:
Monthly remittances, returns, audits, and reconciliations
Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance reporting
Handle contractor and vendor compliance, ensuring statutory adherence at all project sites
Liaise with labour departments, inspectors, and statutory authorities
Manage and support labour inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
Provide labour law advisory to management and internal stakeholders
Support recruitment and workforce planning from a compliance perspective
Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance analytics
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and compliance-related risk mitigation
