Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

Handle hiring end-to-end (posting jobs, screening, calling, scheduling interviews). Coordinate onboarding & maintain employee records. Maintain daily attendance & assist in monthly salary sheet. Draft basic HR letters (offer, appointment, warnings if required). Maintain discipline, punctuality & smooth coordination between departments. Support management with staff requirements and workplace culture.

Requirements:

Good communication in Hindi (basic English okay). Confident in calling & handling interviews. Organized, responsible, and proactive. Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills. Prior HR or recruitment experience Compulsory
