Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues or disputes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Conduct performance appraisals and support managerial staff with performance management.
Maintain and update HR records and data systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations.
