We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be people-focused, process-driven, and experienced in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement, while guiding the HR team to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.

• Guide and support the recruitment team PAN India to ensure timely manpower deployment.

• Manage employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.

• Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation accuracy.

• Maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review.

• Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• Liaise with operations and leadership teams to meet manpower and organizational objectives.

Who Can Apply:

• Professionals with 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist roles.

• Experience in the Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or Service industry is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and payroll processes.

• Must be flexible, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
