Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
HR Manager
to manage end-to-end HR operations across corporate staff, field workers, and franchise-based manpower. The role requires strong experience in recruitment, compliance, attendance & payroll coordination, performance management, and employee discipline in a multi-location service business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field workers, supervisors, and office staff
Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations and Franchise teams
Maintain a ready pool of trained workers for new locations
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift data
Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, commissions, and deductions
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Performance & Discipline
Implement attendance-based and performance-based incentive systems
Handle employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions
Support operations team in managing absenteeism and productivity
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, minimum wages, etc.)
Draft and maintain HR policies, appointment letters, contracts, and notices
Handle audits and statutory documentation
Training & Engagement
Coordinate training programs for workers and supervisors
Support skill development and service quality initiatives
Improve employee retention and engagement
Franchise HR Support
Assist franchise partners with HR guidelines and worker management
Standardize HR practices across franchise locations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4-8 years of HR experience (service industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Experience handling blue-collar / field workforce is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and people-management skills
Practical, solution-oriented approach
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMIS, and reporting
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in logistics, facility management, or service startups
Multi-location or franchise-based HR management experience
