HR Executive

to manage people, policies, and workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of staff (Salesmen, Assistants, Accountants, Operators). Conduct employee joining formalities & documentation. Maintain

employee records, attendance, leave & payroll data

. Prepare and implement

HR policies, SOPs, and staff agreements

. Handle staff discipline, notices, and exit procedures. Coordinate salary processing with Accounts department. Manage staff performance reviews and reporting to management. Resolve employee issues professionally and confidentially. Ensure compliance with company rules and labor norms. Build a

stable team

and reduce employee turnover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in

HR / Commerce / Management

or equivalent. Minimum

2-4 years experience

in HR or Admin role. Good knowledge of

MS Excel, documentation & reporting

. Understanding of recruitment processes and staff management. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualities

Experience in retail / wholesale / trading business preferred. Firm but polite personality to manage staff discipline. Long-term mindset and commitment. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
