Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management, bringing a wealth of knowledge in multiple HR domains to contribute to our company\'s growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Employee Relations (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in Recruitment (Mandatory skill).

• Strong background in Performance Management.
• Experience in Training and Development.
• Effective Conflict Resolution skills.
• Ability to engage in Strategic Planning.
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits administration.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure seamless hiring.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and strategic planning.
