Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations across Salem and Erode. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 60 members, ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and compliance.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Oversee performance management and training programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with management to plan manpower and organizational development.
Ensure a positive and productive work culture across both branches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a 60-member team.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
