Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the organization's growth and people strategy. This role will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the complete employee lifecycle
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance work culture
Lead performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and employee development plans
Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development programs
Prepare and present HR dashboards, reports, and key metrics for leadership review
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is a plus

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
