to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations and support the organization's growth objectives. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and effective execution of HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes
Lead employee engagement initiatives and cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment
Oversee performance appraisal cycles and support employee growth and development plans
Supervise payroll processes and ensure full compliance with statutory and labor regulations
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development programs
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and key metrics for management review
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Prior experience in education, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
