Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development plans
Oversee payroll operations and ensure adherence to statutory and legal compliance
Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs
Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to management
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
