Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs
Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in education, training, or services sectors is a plus
