Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture Manage performance appraisal processes and improvement plans Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory and legal compliance Plan, coordinate, and track training and development programs Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 5-8 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Experience in the education, training, or services sector is an added advantage

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
