Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
Drive employee engagement and maintain positive workplace relations
Oversee performance appraisals and improvement plans
Ensure payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements
Plan and track training and development programs
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
5-8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or lead role
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in [education/training/services] is a plus
