What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition 2.0:

Use modern tools (LinkedIn, ATS, AI sourcing) to identify and engage great talent.

People Operations:

Support onboarding, feedback collection, and employee engagement activities.

Employer Branding:

Help create social media campaigns and content that highlight company culture.

Learning & Development:

Assist in designing micro-learning programs and HR knowledge sessions.

Analytics & Research:

Collect HR data, analyze trends, and suggest creative solutions for people challenges.

Project Ownership:

Handle one end-to-end HR project (with mentorship) and present your outcomes at the end.

What You'll Learn
