Digital Lok is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and people-oriented HR Intern who wants real-world exposure, practical HR learning, and growth in a fast-paced digital agency environment. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR along with communication and content skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and hiring (interns & full-time positions)
Job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
Candidate follow-ups and onboarding support
Maintain HR records, attendance, and basic reports
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
Support office culture and employee engagement initiatives
Participate in HR reels, hiring videos, and internal content creation
Use Digital Lok's in-house studio for reels and content
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
HR / Management students preferred (not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome
Basic English communication skills required
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must NOT be camera shy
Comfortable speaking on camera and creating reels/content
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn
