We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and assist in hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and basic HR functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Recruitment
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
Support onboarding documentation for new hires
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR files
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters
Support attendance tracking and basic HR reports
Help with employee engagement activities when required
Assist HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
