Qualification:
MBA (HR) or BTech (Computer Science) candidates with a strong interest in HR functions and technical HR support.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Assist in training and development initiatives
Provide operational and administrative support to HR processes
Collaborate with the HR team on HR systems, reports, and process improvements
Gain exposure through structured rotation across Recruitment, Training & Development, and other HR areas
