- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
