We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
job posting
, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support HR team in
employee onboarding
and documentation
Maintain and update
HR databases and employee records
Help plan
employee engagement activities
and events
Draft HR-related letters and reports
Support day-to-day HR operations and queries
Perform other tasks as assigned by HR leadership
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and contribute
