Role Overview:

The HR Intern will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on the initial stages of candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.) to source potential candidates. Maintain and update the database of potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview schedules Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹8,447.04 - ₹20,934.05 per month
