Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with various departments for HR requirements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Help prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
Participate in HR audits and compliance documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support.
Any other task assigned by the HR Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
