Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Help in onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Support performance review processes and feedback surveys
Learn and assist with HR policies, payroll basics, and compliance (if applicable)
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
